Thematic: Add on

  • The Thematic Live Station is available only as an add-on to a full buffet catering setup.
  • Pricing for the thematic setup starts from $250 and will be billed separately on a quotation basis, depending on the theme type, event scale, and setup complexity.
  • All photos shown are for illustration purposes only. Actual props, décor, and presentation may vary based on theme availability, venue conditions, and logistical factors.
  • Swee Choon reserves the right to adjust or substitute props and design elements as needed to ensure feasibility and aesthetic consistency.
  • Additional charges may apply for customisation requests, extended setup time, or special venue conditions (e.g. non-lift access, restricted areas).
  • A site survey may be required before event confirmation to assess the feasibility of the setup.
