Terms & Conditions

Surcharges (Billed separately upon confirmation)

Sunday / Public Holiday Surcharge: $30
CBD, Orchard, Jurong, Woodlands, Chalet Locations: $30
No Loading/Unloading Bay (e.g. condos, illegal parking required): $50
Non-Lift Access (Level 2): $100 + 9% GST
Each additional level: $50 + 9% GST
Festive Season Surcharge: $80
Early Delivery (before 9:00 AM): $100 + 9% GST

Delivery Hours

Standard delivery hours: 9:00 AM – 7:30 PM
Deliveries before 9:00 AM will incur an early delivery surcharge.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

A $100 administrative fee applies for order withdrawals after prepayment.
50% refund will be issued if cancellation is made at least 1 working day before the event date.
No refund for cancellations made on the event day.

Every event is different. Setup may vary from event to event, and our catering team may recommend adjustments where necessary. Additional charges may apply beyond those listed above.
