Terms & Conditions

Surcharges (Billed separately upon confirmation)

  Sunday / Public Holiday Surcharge: $30
  
• 
  CBD, Orchard, Jurong, Woodlands, Chalet Locations: $30
  
• 
  No Loading/Unloading Bay (e.g. condos, illegal parking required): $50
  
• 
  Non-Lift Access (Level 2): $100 + 9% GST
  
• 
  Each additional level: $50 + 9% GST
  
• 
  Festive Season Surcharge: $80
  
• 
  Early Delivery (before 9:00 AM): $100 + 9% GST
  

Delivery Hours

• 
  Standard delivery hours: 9:00 AM – 7:30 PM
  
• 
  Deliveries before 9:00 AM will incur an early delivery surcharge.
  

Cancellation & Refund Policy

• 
  A $100 administrative fee applies for order withdrawals after prepayment.
  
• 
  50% refund will be issued if cancellation is made at least 1 working day before the event date.
  
• 
  No refund for cancellations made on the event day.
  

Additional Terms

• 
  Every event is different. Setup may vary from event to event, and our catering team may recommend adjustments where necessary. Additional charges may apply beyond those listed above.

  Photos used on our website are for illustration purposes only. Actual setup, décor, and food presentation may differ depending on event requirements and venue conditions.

  For Thematic Catering, photos are purely for illustration. Props shown are for reference; while we aim to achieve a similar overall effect, it may not be identical.

  For Live Station Catering, photos are also for illustration. Actual setup may differ based on the type of event and venue.

  A site survey may be required before confirming an event to ensure feasibility of the setup.
