The Truffle Xiao Long Bao is an east-meets-west offering. Coming in a seductive black colour, the dim sum is made with a thin black charcoal pastry skin, painstakingly rolled out by hand. The juicy minced pork is infused with the aroma and flavour of truffle. Calling for ingredients such as pork, the gelatinised chicken broth, also perfumed with truffle, each Truffle Xiao Long Bao parcel is then wrapped by Swee Choon’s experienced dim sum chefs.
